 Prior to becoming a Real Estate Broker, I was a licensed Realtor®
since 1995. During that time, I was consistently a top producer and
have experienced all aspects of the real estate field. I have over
13 years total business experience and have been involved in several
hundred transactions. I have also facilitated sales for probate, commercial
sales, divorce sales, bank repossessions
for several banks including CAL, VET, VA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, short sales, estate sales, investment,
apartments, duplex, and multifamily sales. I
specialize in residential property for buyers and sellers.
I majored in Real Estate and Business. Additionally,
I have completed dozens of courses which provided me with practical
experience and helped hone my negotiation skills. I have also
completed advanced courses on real estate finance, marketing, computers,
and real estate law. I continually update my education by attending
seminars and classes on taxes, legal updates, finance, and other pertinent
matters on a weekly basis. My other training includes extensive
training in marketing, consulting and computer technology.

I have received the Pacesetters Gold Award which is based
on production. I am continually in competition for Top Producer for
my office. I earned the designations of International sterling
Society for the last two years, the Silver Associates Award which is based
on number of transaction, the prestigious Master Club designation my first
year. I was a President's Club honoree and in the Top 20 for
Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. I am in the top 10% for Northern
California. I am a dedicated full time broker. I am accessible

I live with my family in Carmichael where we enjoy the wonderful
surroundings and all that the Sacramento Valley and surrounding foothills
